Astfel, se poate afirma ca celulita apare frecvent in perioada „exploziilor hormonale”.</span></span></p>

Ca rezultat al dereglarii circulatiei sangelui in vasele mici, se deregleaza aportul de oxigen spre tesutul de grasime. Se formeaza celule moarte si celule muribunde. Se formeaza conglomerate dure de grasime. Ca rezultat se formeaza suprafata caracteristica a pielii cu aspect de movilite.</span></span></p>

Apar gropite. Tonusul pielii scade continuu, pielea parca se ofileste. Adipocitele (celulele grase) se maresc in volum, dereglandu-se spatiul intre celule. Sangele circula mai greu spre piele. Apare un edem usor. <span style="color: black;">Acest aspect inestetic exclude din garderoba pantalonii scurti, fustele scurte.</span></span></p>

O arie tot mai extinsa de piele capata un aspect respingator &#8211; cu o multitudine de noduli subcutanati, umflaturi si gropite. Fiecare adipocit </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">(celula grasa) <span style="color: black;">se poate mari in volum de pana la 50 de ori mai mare decat marimea sa initiala, inrautatind circulatia sangelui si a limfei. </span>In acest stadiu celulita provoaca si probleme de sensibilitate a pielii. <span style="color: black;">Daca nu se iau masuri, se pot dezvolta schimbari ireversibile.</span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Verdana;"> </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: Verdana;"> </span></p>

Coapsele si picioarele incep sa semene cu un aluat dospit, care a fost gaurit intens cu degetul. Celulita in acest stadiu este o boala cu dereglari severe de circulatie, cu umflaturi masive, dilatarea venelor. Pielea devine dureroasa la atingere.</span></p>

<p>Ex1: sezand: tarare pe sezuta inaintand cu fata si cu spatele, timp de 1-5 min. Miscarea se face prin deplasarea sezutei spre calcaie prin indoirea genunchilor si intinderea lor la tararea cu spatele.</p>
<p>Ex2: sezand departat cu mingea sau o carte tinuta deasupra capului; rotari de trunchi de la stanga la dreapta. Se repeta de cate 5-6 ori in fiecare sens, in 3-4 reprize intercalate cu pauze de odihna.</p>
<p>Ex3: aceeasi pozitie: aplecarea trunchiului inainte, atingand solul cu mingea si extensia trunchiului cu ridicarea mingii in sus. Se executa de 15-20 ori.</p>
<p>Ex4: sezand cu mainile la glezne si trunchiul aplecat: departarea si apropierea picioarelor prin alunecare pe sol. Se executa 2-3 reprize de cate un minut fiecare, intercalate cu pauze de odihna.</p>
<p>Ex5: sezand: ridicarea picioarelor cat mai sus cu mentinerea pozitiei 5 sec si coborarea lor. Se executa de 10-15 ori</p>
<p>Ex6: culcat pe spate cu mainile linga corp: tarare pe spate, impingand alternativ cu mainile si calcaiele. Se executa 1-3 min si cu pauza de 15 sec.</p>
<p>Ex7: aceeasi pozitie: ducerea picioarelor intinse peste cap pana la sol si revenire. Exercitiul se executa de 30 de ori, cu pauza dupa 15 repetari.<br />

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: #ff6600; font-family: Verdana;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;" lang="FR">Programul nr.2</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p>Ex1: culcat pe partea stanga, bratele in prelungirea corpului: strangerea genunchilor la piept prin alunecare pe sol si revenire in pozitia initiala. Se executa de cate 10-25 ori pe fiecare parte, cu pauza de odihna de 15 sec la schimbarea sensului.</p>
<p>Ex2: aceeasi pozitie: ducerea picioarelor inainte si inapoi prin alunecare pe sol (balans), de 15-20 de ori; se schimba partea si se executa acelasi dupa o pauza de 15 sec.</p>
<p>Ex3: pe genunchi cu mainile la ceafa: asezare pe soldul stang, revenire pe genunchi si asezare pe soldul drept. Se executa de 2-3 reprize de cate 15 ori pe fiecre sold, cu pauza de odihna.</p>
<p>Ex4: aceeasi pozitie: asezare pe calcaie si revenire pe genunchi. Se executa de 2-3 reprize de cate 15 ori fiecare, intercalate cu scurte pauze de odihna.</p>
<p>Ex5: stand cu mainile la ceafa: genuflexiuni . se executa 2-3 reprize de cate 10-15 ori fiecare intercalate cu pauze scurte.</p>
<p>Ex6: stand: aplecarea trunchiului si ridicarea de pe sol a unei scobitori. Se repeta de 20-50 ori, cu pauze.</p>
<p>Ex7: stand cu hantelele in maini: ducrea bratelor prin lateral inainte cu ridicarea piciorului stang spre brate; revenire si se executa la fel cu dreptul. Se repeta de 10 ori cu fiecare picior.</p>
<p>Ex8: aceeasi pozitie: aplecarea trunchiului cu ducrea hantelelor la piciare si revenire in pozitia initiala. Exercitiul se executa de 10-15 ori, si eventual cu arcuiri la fiecare aplecare</p>
